Alexander Beach Hotel & Village Resort, Malia (Crete)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Alexander Beach Hotel & Village. The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, making my stay so enjoyable. The facilities were impressive, especially the pool area and beach access. I absolutely loved spending time there. The only downside was that I wish there were more variety in the dining options during dinner. Overall, this hotel offers great value for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The variety of food available was impressive, and the dining options impressed us every meal. The pools were well-maintained, and having direct access to the stunning beach made our vacation even better. While everything was beautiful, there were moments when the dining experience could have been a bit more streamlined. Regardless, it was a memorable holiday.

There’s plenty to do with multiple pools and activities available. However, the Wi-Fi connection could use improvement, and we noticed a billing issue at checkout that left us a bit concerned.
